You've been or are being sent an encrypted email. The below instructions show how to retrieve your message from the Barracuda Message Center and download any attachments.

Instructions:

Upon receiving your encrypted email you'll need to click as shown to view it in the Barracuda Message Center:

Once on the message center's web page you'll be asked to either:

o Create a new password for your email address

o Login using an existing email address and password

o Use the email address you received the above email on.

o If you can't remember your password use the 'Reset or Change' link shown here:
