Objective:

To learn how to use your organizations Barracuda Archive to search for email.

Pre-Requisites:

o Your account must be enabled to access the archive

o You must have the 'Barracuda Archive' icon on your desktop as shown below

o You must know your Microsoft 365 username/password

Using this icon on your desktop to get to the Barracuda Archive portal:

Login using your Microsoft 365 username and password. If prompted to create an MFA profile (Multi-Factor Authentication) for your Authenticator app, please first review these directions before proceeding.
