A Note for Multi-Device Users:

If you're a user that has say both an iPhone and iPad, and you'd like for MFA profiles to appear on both, please make note of the following when adding account/profiles:

o Microsoft Work or School Accounts

o A duplicate profile for a Microsoft 365 account can be created at any time on the second device.

o Other Accounts:

o Other accounts must be created at the same time meaning when scanning a QR code on a third party website, you'll want to perform the actions of adding the account and scanning the QR code on both devices during the same setup effort, one device right after the other. Don't feel rushed, you'll have plenty of time.

o What you'll notice after doing this is the code's, which rotate every 30 seconds, will always be in sync on both devices.

o Failure to register two devices at the same means during the second registration effort, the first device registered will stop working once the second device is registered (last device wins).
