Vonage | Blind Transfers

A blind transfer allows you to transfer a call directly to another extension or external phone number without speaking to the recipient.

To complete a blind transfer from your Vonage phone:

Cisco Phones:

o While on an active call, press the Xfer softkey.

o Scroll to the right on your phone's display using the direction pad.

o Next, press the Bxfer softkey, and then enter the destination extension or external phone number.

o Press the Dial softkey or the pound (#) key to complete the blind transfer.

For Polycom Phones:

o Long-press the Transfer button and choose the Blind option.

o Enter the destination extension or external phone number.

o Press the Send softkey to complete the blind transfer.

Please Note: Blind transfers will show the caller ID of the original caller.
