Vonage | Conference In Other Callers

Every supported Vonage Business phone includes a conference feature that allows you to connect with two other parties on one phone call. Below are instructions for initiating a conference call.

Cisco Phones

1. With one party or caller already on the phone, press the Conf softkey.

2. Now, enter the phone number or extension number of the third party, and press the Dial softkey.

3. After the third party answers the call, press the Conf softkey again.

Polycom Phones

1. With one party or caller already on the phone, press the Conf key. On some models of Polycom phones, this key will be a softkey.

2. Now, enter the phone number or extension number of the third party, and press the Send softkey.

3. After the third party answers the call, press the Conf key again.
