Vonage | Check/Set Your Call Continuity Settings

In the event of an emergency such as a power or internet outage during which Vonage Business is unable to route calls to your Vonage phones, Vonage’s Call Continuity will reroute your calls to a backup number of your choice. It is advisable that you configure this feature at your earliest convenience.

o Login to your Vonage account using the icon on your desktop

o Go to:

o Settings -> Extension tab

o Call Continuity
