Vonage | Setup Call group Voicemail and PIN

Department Call Groups if unanswered will get a special department voicemail message so it's important a message be recorded for your department. After the caller records his/her message the voicemail will be emailed to all members of the group as an .mp3 audio file.

Here's how to set a Call Groups' voicemail message:

Dial *101 from a Vonage phone and follow the prompt to enter the extension of your Call Group.

o Enter PIN: 1234 (default)

o Press 4 for Other Options

o Record Voice Mail Messages:

o Press 1 - Unavailable Greeting

o Press 2 - Busy Greeting

o Press 3 - Name Greeting

o Press 4 - Out of Office Greeting

o Press 5 - Set Your PIN
