Dial-In Info When Creating Teams Invites From Teams:
o Teams appends the dial-in info to the bottom of the invite a
good minute after the invite has been created.
Things
to Know:
o
The conference ID is unique for each
meeting.
o
When meetings scheduled by a meeting
moderator (you) with Audio Conferencing capabilities begin, dial-in callers
will be placed in the waiting room until...
o
The moderator dials-in using the PIN
provided in the email from Microsoft titled "You now have Audio
Conferencing for Microsoft Teams" (so be sure to save the PIN)
o
The moderator joins via a Teams client
and admits callers in from the waiting room (Team's will prompt for this in
multiple places)
o
The number shown in the invite is a
one-tap link for cell phone dial-in users that'll dial them directly into the
bridge!

Enjoy!
